The short, honest version — by paying or posting you agree to all of it.

What this is

MyGirlfriendIsPrettier is a novelty leaderboard. A payment buys one service, delivered on the spot: we publish the entry and count every dollar toward its rank. Nothing else is included — no physical goods, no promises of visibility, clicks, or that she'll claim the crown. By checking the box at payment you ask us to publish the entry immediately and waive the 14-day withdrawal right (UK/EU consumer law) — the service is performed in full the moment the entry goes live.

Bids and refunds

Minimum bid $5, whole dollars. Rank is the sum of everything paid on an entry. Despite the word “bid”, this is not an auction, raffle, or contest: nothing goes to a highest bidder, there is no prize, and every payment buys its leaderboard placement outright. Being outbid is part of the game and never refundable. Entries removed for breaking the rules — or removed by the person pictured — are not refunded either. Separately from all that: if you regret a bid, tell us within 24 hours — email support@mygirlfriendisprettier.com or use the contact page — and we'll refund it as goodwill, no questions asked.

The photo rule — the one that matters

Payers never upload photos. Ever. The entry goes live photo-less, and only the person it names can add a photo — after verifying her own email and giving recorded consent. She stays in control forever: replace, hide, or remove, any time, and removal is final with the photo file permanently deleted. The person pictured always wins; the payer is not refunded.

Content rules

Everyone involved must be 18+: the payer confirms it for himself and the person he names; she confirms it herself before uploading. Photos must be SFW — face visible, fully clothed, no minors anywhere in frame, no other people. No celebrities-as-girlfriends, no contact details or private info in names or captions. Every photo passes an automated safety check before going public, and we can remove any entry at our discretion. Violations are removed without refund.

Removal, three ways

The person pictured can remove instantly from her claim link or manage link. Anyone can use the public removal page — no account needed. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours; requests from the person pictured are honored immediately, no arguing.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost ranks, lost bragging rights, or relationship outcomes of any kind.
